Product Review Rewards Programme – Terms and Conditions IE

The Product Review Rewards Programme (“Programme”) is run by Aosom Ireland Limited ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Aosom.ie. By participating in this Programme, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Programme is open to genuine customers of Aosom.ie who are 18 years old or over and reside in the Ireland.
Employees (and their family members or household members) and business partners (including individuals) of Aosom Ireland Limited are not eligible to participate.

2. Programme Duration

The Programme begins when you receive a product review request email following a successful purchase.
You must submit your review within 10 days of receiving the product.
The unique review link provided in the email will expire after this 10-day period. Reviews submitted after this period will not be eligible for a reward.

3. How It Works

1. After purchasing a product, you may receive an email requesting a review.

2. Click the unique link in the email to access the review page. Reviews submitted without using this link will not qualify for a reward.

3. Submit your review within 10 days of receiving the product.

4. Upon review approval, you will receive a partial refund of up to 30% (maximum of €100) within 7 working days, issued to your original payment method.

4. Review Submission Policy

All reviews must:

Be written in English.
Reflect on your genuine and honest experience with the product.
Avoid speaking about other aspects of your order, such as delivery or customer service.
Be your original work (not copied from other sources).
Include at least one high-quality image of the product.
Avoid profanity or language that could cause harm or offence.
Avoid including personal information or mentioning other brands or websites.

If your review does not meet these guidelines, we may ask you to amend and resubmit it or decline it altogether.

5. Refund Terms

The partial refund amount is determined based on the quality and thoroughness of your review. Our decision on the refund amount is final, and no further correspondence regarding the decision will be entered into.
Refunds are capped at 30% of the purchase price (up to €100).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of review approval.
If you purchased multiple units, the refund will apply to only one unit.

6. Ownership and Use of Reviews

Upon approval, all submitted reviews (including text, images, and videos) become the property of Aosom Ireland Limited.
You grant us full rights to use your reviews across our platforms, including:

Third-party retailer websites and online platforms.

Your username or a partial version of your full name may be used for publicity, marketing, or promotional activities.
After approval, you will no longer be able to amend, edit, or delete your review.
If you wish to have your review deleted, you must submit a request through the contact form. We retain the discretion to accept or decline such requests.
In the event that we agree to delete your review, you will be required to return the partial refund that was previously issued.

7. Disqualification Rights

We reserve the right to disqualify reviews that:

Appear to be fraudulent, misleading, or do not reflect a genuine purchase.
Are incomplete or lack the required detail.
Violate our guidelines, including containing offensive or inappropriate content.

8. General Terms

Our decision is final on all matters related to the Programme.
We reserve the right to:

Verify eligibility during or after the Programme period.
Modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme or these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon being posted on this page.

By participating, you agree that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

9. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aosom Ireland Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or related to participation in the Programme, including technical malfunctions or submission errors.

10. Programme Availability

Participation in the Programme is subject to availability and at our discretion. We may and will limit the number of participants or eligible products at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ireland courts.
